3. Orders, Payment & MOQ

All orders are subject to availability, confirmation, and acceptance by UNIHI TECH. MOQ, pricing, lead time, and payment terms are confirmed before production.

• Orders are confirmed after deposit receipt.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. OEM & Customization

Custom services including logo, color, packaging, and design are provided under separate agreements. Samples are for confirmation before mass production.

UNIHI TECH reserves the right to reject any custom order that violates laws or regulations.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide by sea, air, or express. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics, customs, or force majeure.

6. Warranty & Quality

All products pass pre-shipment inspection. Warranty applies to manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and product designs on this website are the property of UNIHI TECH. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.
